11(1) To update the Alberta Beef Producers’ Policy Manual,

• The board will provide approval for any policy to be added to, removed from, or amended in the manual,
• The Governance Committee will review any policy changes to ensure they are developed and ready for board approval, and,
• Policy shifts can be drafted at the Committee or board level, however, policy drafted by a committee shall be submitted to the Governance Committee for review.
