Whereas

• ABP Zones have been arbitrarily created.
• Some zones have excessive amounts of potential delegates over and above their allotment while other zones struggle to find enough delegates to fill their delegate body.

Be it Resolved

That the ABP Board of Directors explore the possibility of changing the bylaws to implement a delegate-at-large position where ABP could fill open delegate positions.
