Returning to a fully funded industry

Whereas
ABP Check off dollars collected from producers is used to help lobby governments, provide research funding, while supporting producer and promote beef to consumers. All producers should be required to contribute to the greater good of the industry.
Be it Resolved
That ABP take the necessary steps to return to a fully funded Industry resulting in mandatory check off.
