The Alberta VBP+ Incentive

ABP is proud to administer the Alberta VBP+ Incentive.

This ongoing incentive provides eligible cattle producers with funding for approved expenses and equipment purchases, supporting the continued adoption of best management practices.

The Alberta VBP+ Incentive is possible thanks to $1.9 million in funding for VBP+ through the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership (Sustainable CAP). Sustainable CAP is a five-year, $3.5-billion investment by federal, provincial and territorial governments to strengthen Canada’s agriculture, agri‐food and agri‐based products sector.
